Return & Refund Policy
www.thaithonburi.com is willing to accept returns and refund within 7 days after purchase with the following conditions.
- Product not received
- Product received not the same as ordered (ie. Size, Color etc.)
- Defective Product

From then, please carefully pack and send the product to us within 3 days after the request is approved. Make sure the address is correct to prevent further delay. After the shipment, please kindly notify us at email@example.com the following information:

- Shipping Receipt
For International Purchases

Make sure that you have shipped the product within 3 days of our approval for refund, otherwise your request will be automatically terminated.
- The buyer requests fora return/refund within 7 days after purchase, where thaithonburi.com should accept/deny the request within 3 days thereafter.
- The buyer should send the product to Thaithonburi within 3 days after the request has been accepted to the designated address, and confirm with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with aforementioned details.
