www.thaithonburi.com will accept return requests within days from the date of purchase (with original receipt) with the following terms and conditions

  1. Purchase not delivered
  2. Purchase received but does not match your order (wrong size, wrong product etc.)
  3. Damaged products
Domestic Purchases

You may request a return/refund via the email support@thaithonburi.com by typing in your order number with photos (if any) and await confirmation from our support team.

A Request for Return Form will be sent to you via your registered e-mail. Should you write your own form please make sure you have the following details included:

  1. Your order number and your return request number

Lastly, please carefully pack the parcel and send to us within 3days after your request has been approved. Please take a photo of the parcel and send us an e-mail at support@thaithonburi.com

Steps to request for a refund

  1. Buyer requests for a refund via e-mail at  support@thaithonburi.com  within 7 days after purchase. Thaithonburi will respond to your request within 3 working days.
  2. The buyer must send their purchase back to ThaiThonburi within 3 days after their request is approved to the designated address. Once the parcel is shipped the buyer must notify us via e-mail the details of their shipment within 3 days after their request, otherwise their request will be denied automatically.
  3. Thaithonburi will inspect the received products before approving a refund. The refund process will take approximately 7 days
  4. The refund period depends on the payment method of the buyer as such
    • Credit Card (7-15 days)
    • Debit Card (30 – 45 days)
    • Direct Bank Transfer (within 48 hours after approval)
